1. Bearing material
Outer ring, inner ring, ball:
High-carbon chromium bearing steel Gcr15(JIS SUJ2,AISI 521000), or stainless steel 9Cr18(AISI 440C)
Cages:
Steel plates and nylon can be used in general situation, while rubber and stainless steel for special usage.
Cover:
Steel plate for shield, and rubber for seals
Rings and balls vacuum dealing with treatment of high carbon chromium bearing steel GCR15 is the standard material to produce the accurate internal and external circle and ball. This material is same with the USA AISL 52100, Germany DIN 100Cr6, Japan JISSUJ2.
The standard cage is made of carbon steel by cold, but in-corrosive environment, no parallel, or under high-speed operation, we can use stainless steel, nylon or phenolic resin cage according to customer’s request.
2. Bearing Seal
Bearing seal form into dust cover and plastic material seal. There are various types of seal. Because of different seal material, bearing to adapt condition will also change.

3. The size of bearing clearance directly related to the use of noise, vibration, normal temperature, service life and the assembly of machinery motion effect. Therefore, it is very important that we choose the suitable assembly bearing clearance. We divided from small to big according to radial clearance range into C2, C0, C3, C4 and C5. Specific reference see the chart:
